Terms of Service for Rexhina Agency

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Rexhina Agency mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rexhina Agency provides a mobile platform for browsing real estate properties in Albania. Our services include:

• Browsing property listings (apartments, houses, villas, etc.)
• Searching and filtering properties by location, price, type, and other criteria
• Viewing property details, photos, and information
• Saving favorite properties (requires sign-in)
• Creating and managing property collections (requires sign-in)
• Receiving notifications about new listings (optional)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You may use the App without creating an account to browse properties
• Signing in with Apple is optional and unlocks additional features (favorites, collections, sync)
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account

3.2 Account Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by signing out and deleting the App
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Scrape, copy, or download property listings for commercial purposes without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. Property Listings and Information

5.1 Information Accuracy

• Property details, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice
• We are not responsible for errors or omissions in property listings
• Users should verify all information directly with the property owner or agent

5.2 No Real Estate Transactions

• The App is an information platform only
• We do not facilitate, broker, or conduct real estate transactions
• All transactions are between users and property owners/agents
• We are not a party to any agreements between users and property owners

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

• The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Rexhina Agency
• All trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property or the property of their respective owners
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission

6.2 Property Images and Content

• Property photos and descriptions are owned by the respective property owners or agents
• Images are displayed with permission for informational purposes
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of property images is prohibited

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on property information in the App
• We are not liable for any loss or damage to your device or data
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (currently $0, as the App is free)

8. Third-Party Services and Links

• The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., property agent websites)
• We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites
• We use third-party services (Firebase, iCloud) as described in our Privacy Policy

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

10. App Updates and Changes

• We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice
• Updates may be required to continue using the App
• We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation of services

11. Geographic Restrictions

Our App focuses on properties in Albania. While the App may be accessible from other countries, property information and services are specific to the Albanian real estate market.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rexhina Agency, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

13. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Albania
• You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top
• Providing an in-app notification for material changes

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rexhina Agency regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
